What are your contributions to the team?

• Manage a Defense product portfolio by creating and implementing a strategic marketing plan to support Bombardier Defense;
• Develop and disseminate marketing material: key messages, videos, brochures, factsheets, print and digital advertising campaigns, signage, etc.;
• Suggest innovative solutions to communicate with the industry’s core audience;
• Liaise with a wide matrix of business units;
• Communicate, align, and update internal and external stakeholders;
• Allocate and monitor budget according to the brand plans;
• Collaborate with team to produce digital content to broadcast through our Social Media channels and website;
• Lead the governance/coordination for major Defense marketing projects through rigorous project management;
• Lead regular meetings with different management levels of the Defense organization;
• Conduct pro-active follow-ups with stakeholders;
• Lead the broader Defense Marketing activities which include leading branding guidance for events (invitations, show booth graphics, collateral, monitor content, giveaways, etc.);
• Collaborate with the Bombardier Defense Internal and External (PR) communication teams for press releases, ad hoc announcements;
  
  
  

How to thrive in this role?

• You hold an bachelor degree in business, marketing, or in a related field;
• You have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in marketing and communications in the Aerospace Defense Industry;
• You are self-sufficient, detail-oriented and have a strategic mind;
• You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills;
• You respect timelines and can manage many projects, while remaining calm in a fast-paced environment;
• You bring creativity, passion and enthusiasm to your work and can motivate a team to generate results;
• You can set clear targets while tracking and reporting on progress;
• You like challenges and demonstrate initiative and creativity;
• You are eager to learn and develop yourself;
• You enjoy teamwork and like to establish good interpersonal relationships;
