What are your contributions to the team?

In your role, you will:

• This position is assigned to the Maximo team and you can be located near any of the US Service Centers (Dallas, Opa Locka, Wichita).
• Be the first contact for the End User and become an expert to ensure proper data quality, process and tool usage for the given functional area.
• Recognize issues and escalate through the appropriate channel.
• Gathering the needs from the user, analyze, organize, translate, and simplify their needs and make as requirements for system enhancements.
• Formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
• Develop and document as-is/to-be business processes.
• Work with Development teams to implement solutions and escalate system related process and issues.
• Coach and support the End Users for a given functional area in the site in their day-to-day business.
• Support integration and regression testing prior to project Go-Lives.
• Complete the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) scripts and testing execution.
• Serve as focal throughout all phases of deployments (Demo, UAT, site readiness, deployment, stabilization).
• Coordinate / Communicate status of project to all levels of organization.
• Be motivated and influential within their specific functional area based on his/her knowledge.
• Support change management in driving through process, technology, and behavioral changes.
• Other duties as assigned.

How to thrive in this role?

• You have 3-4 years experience in business process modeling, requirements management, analysis and design
• You possess interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, Coworkers, other business areas, and vendors
• You have basic knowledge of IT Change Management and Project Management
• You have basic knowledge of IT systems, Microsoft systems.
• You possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• You have planning and organizational skills necessary to plan, prioritize, and coordinate own tasks
• You have the ability to travel to different Bombardier sites (25% - 50% travel)
• You have experience in systems analysis and technical design.
• You can demonstrate ability to build use cases, story boards, and models that clearly depict process flows relating to specific requirements.
• You have experience building presentations that depict project requirements, project scope, and mock-ups.
• You understand the System Development Life Cycle
• You possess training skills necessary to educate employees to comprehend business processes or acquire/enhance skills.
