Job Specifications
- Skilled in using Mitutoya/CMM processes for accurate part measurement based on customer, company, and schedule demands.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, tooling, engineering, and quality teams as necessary on technical matters.
- Evaluate internal systems to determine the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Implement calibration procedures to achieve minimal variations.
- Maintain high productivity and quality standards.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding any challenges affecting performance expectations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100 Quality Management Systems and client-specific requirements.
- Contribute positively to our work environment.
- Execute tasks necessary to support customer needs and organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to interpret and utilize aerospace drawings and specifications.
- Strong GD&T skills and relevant experience a plus.
- Capacity to comprehend and follow safety guidelines and operating instructions.
- Experience with CATIA/ENOVIA, MS OFFICE.
- Skilled in writing clear reports and communicating efficiently.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Workplace Conditions
Must be able to sit or stand for at least 8 hours daily.
Regularly lifting/moving objects weighing up to 40 pounds; occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
Necessary visual abilities include near vision, depth perception, and adjustment capabilities.
