What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coffee Shop Attendant position at Bomgaars?
To ensure the success of a coffee shop in our new Cheyenne store Bomgaars is seeking motivated, customer service-oriented individuals with food service experience.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods of time
- Can clearly and concisely communicate with customers and give feedback to managers
- Ability to motivate the team and train new employees
- Conflict resolution skills
- Detail oriented/Organizational skills
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - Monday through Saturday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm and Sunday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers
- Take orders and provide helpful support in a service-oriented manner
- Efficiently and consistently prepare high-quality coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and food orders using recipes and preparation techniques
- Cashier/Handle transactions accurately (cash, correct change, credit/debit cards)
- Manage inventory ensuring organization and well stocked
- Ensure coffee shop is clean complying with health and safety regulations
