Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible individual to fill a Department Lead position. The individual will oversee the operations of the Feed and Pet departments. Position offers an opportunity to be a productive team member.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Agriculture background
- Product knowledge - Feed and Pets
- Administrative skills to handle paperwork, pricing, and record keeping
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail/Organizational skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis with bending and squatting
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Freight handling/Forklift operation/Manual pallet jack (varying outside elements)
- Sales/Cashier/Recovery
- Ensure departments are clean, organized, and well stocked
- Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
- Handling phone calls
