What are the responsibilities and job description for the Department Lead (Feed) position at Bomgaars?
Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible, and customer service oriented individual to fill a Department Lead position. The individual will oversee the operations of the Feed department.
Qualifications:
· Must be 18 years or older
· Agriculture background/Product knowledge
· Administrative skills to handle paperwork and record keeping
· Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis with bending and squatting
· Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
· Must be available to work flexible schedules – days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
· Freight handling/forklift operation/manual pallet jack (varying outside elements)
· Cashier/Cash handling
· Sales/Stocking/Recovery
· Ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
· Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
· Handling phone calls
· Other tasks as assigned
