Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible, and customer service oriented individual to fill a Department Lead position. The individual will oversee the operations of the Hardware and Power Tools departments. Position offers an opportunity to be a productive team member.
Qualifications:
· Must be 18 years or older
· Product knowledge and experience - Hardware, Power Tools, and Outdoor Power Equipment
· Administrative skills to handle paperwork and record keeping
· Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis with bending and squatting
· Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
· Must be available to work flexible schedules – days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
· Freight handling/forklift operation
* Assembly of Products
· Cashier/Cash handling
· Sales/Stocking/Recovery
· Ensure departments are clean, organized, and well stocked
· Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
· Handling phone calls
· Other tasks as assigned
