Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible individual with Key Carrier experience. Key Carrier is a supervisory role with operational emphasis over various areas in the store and helps the Store Manager lead a productive team.
· Must be 21 years or older
· Retail and management experience preferred
· Available for emergency alarm calls
* Merchandising skills/experience
* Clear and concise communication skills
· Product knowledge
* Administrative and computer skills to handle paperwork
* Detail oriented/Organizational skills
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
· Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
· Must be available to work flexible schedules – days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
· Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store to include team coaching, inventory control, and labor control
· Opening and closing the store/balancing cash drawers
· General Sales Clerk duties to ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
· Cashiering/cash handling
· Freight handling/Forklift operation
· Assist customers with product selection and load outs
· Handling phone calls
