Bomgaars is seeking motivated, responsible individuals with Key Carrier experience. Key Carrier is a supervisory role with operational emphasis over various areas in the store and helps the Store Manager lead a productive team.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 yeas or older as this retail establishment sells firearms
- Subject to applicable background check and pre-employment screenings
- ATF compliance and general firearms knowledge a plus
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for long periods
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be able to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store to include team coaching, inventory control, and labor control
- Opening and closing the store/balancing cash drawers
- General Sales Clerk duties to ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Cashier/Cash handling
- Freight handling/Forklift operation
- Customer loadouts
- Handling phone calls
