Bomgaars is seeking motivated, responsible, customer service oriented individuals to fill various positions in the store. Positions offer an opportunity to be a productive team member while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Agriculture background/Product knowledge
- Retail Sales/Cashier experience preferred, but training available
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Organizational skills/Detail oriented
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities May Include:
- Greet and welcome customers
- Cashier/Handle transactions accurately (cash, credit cards, debit cards, checks)
- Scan, bag, and issue receipts for customers
- Sales/Stocking/Recovery
- Freight handling/Forklift operation/Merchandising sales floor
- Promote store loyalty programs/Special promotions/Coupon redemption
- Ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
- Handling phone calls
Starting wage is $13.00 per hour, based on experience
