Bomgaars is seeking motivated, customer service oriented individuals with retail sales experience. Sales Associate positions offer the opportunity to work in various departments while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
· Must be 18 years or older and subject to pre-employment screenings
· Agriculture background/Product knowledge helpful
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time
· Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
· Must be available to work flexible schedules – days, evenings, weekends, and holidays (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
· Freight handling/forklift operation
· Stocking/Sales/Recovery
· Ensure departments/store is clean, organized, and well stocked
· Assisting customers with product selection and load outs.
· Handling phone calls
· Other tasks as assigned
