What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associates (Feed) position at Bomgaars?
Bomgaars is seeking friendly, customer service oriented individuals with retail experience. Sales Associate positions available in the Feed department.
Qualifications:
· Must be 18 years or older
· Product knowledge helpful
· Detailed oriented/Able to multi-task
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis and be up on feet for long periods of time
· Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
· Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
· Freight handling/forklift operation (varying weather conditions)
* Merchandising the sales floor
· Sales/Cashier/Recovery
* Product assembly as required
· Ensure department is clean, organized, and well stocked
· Assisting customers with product selection and load outs.
· Handling phone calls
· Other tasks as assigned
*Pre-employment drug screen required
