What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associates position at Bomgaars?
Bomgaars is seeking friendly, customer service oriented individuals with retail experience. Sales Associate positions offer the opportunity to work in various departments as well as be cross trained to Cashier and run a register.
Qualifications:
· Must be 18 years or older
· Agriculture background/Product knowledge helpful
· Must be able to lift 60 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time
· Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
· Must be available to work flexible schedules – days, evenings, weekends - 8 to 24 hours per week (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
· Freight handling/forklift operation (varying weather conditions)
· Sales/Stocking/Recovery/Cashier
· Ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
· Assisting customers with product selection and load outs.
· Handling phone calls
· Other tasks as assigned
