Bomgaars is seeking friendly, customer service oriented individuals with retail experience. Sales Associate positions offer the opportunity to work in various departments as well as cross trained to Cashier and run a register.
Qualifications:
- · Must be 18 years or older
- Retail experience preferred
- Agriculture background/Product knowledge helpful
- Must able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Freight handling/Forklift operation (varying weather conditions)
- Sales/Stocking/Recovery
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately (cash, correct change, credit/debit cards, and checks)
- Ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Maintain a clean, organized checkout area
- Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
- Handling phone calls
