What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Sales Associates position at Bomgaars?
Bomgaars is seeking friendly, customer service oriented individuals with retail experience. Sales Associate positions off the opportunity to work in various departments as well as be cross trained to Cashier and operate a register.
Qualifications:
· Must be 18 years or older
*Retail experience preferred
· Agriculture background/Product knowledge helpful
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time
· Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
· Must be available to work flexible schedules – days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
· Freight handling/forklift operation (varying weather conditions)
· Stocking/Sales/Recovery
*Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately (cash, correct change, credit/debit cards, and checks)
· Ensure departments/store is clean, organized, and well stocked
· Assisting customers with product selection and load outs.
· Handling phone calls
· Other tasks as assigned
*Pre-employment drug screen required.
