Bomgaars is seeking to hire motivated, responsible individuals as Sales Associates to work in the Sporting Goods department. Positions offer the opportunity to be a productive team member while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
· Must be 21 years or older
· Subject to an applicable background check
· ATF Compliance and sales of new firearms general knowledge/experience preferred
* Strong communication skills
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
· Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
· Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working on the weekend)
Responsibilities:
· Freight handling/forklift operation
· Sales/Cashiering/Cash Handling
· Ensure the Sporting Goods department is clean, organized, and well stocked
· Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
· Handling phone calls
· Other tasks as assigned
