Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency, and supporting staff members.
Duties:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Oversee clerical tasks, such as filing and data entry
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage schedules for meetings, appointments, and events
- Handle payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Develop and implement training programs for staff development
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
