QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS
- 5 years of plumbing experience
- Experience quoting and managing plumbing projects for residential and light commercial clients
- Strong ability to assess project requirements accurately
- Ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a positive team environment
- Extensive knowledge of systems, local codes, safety standards, and troubleshooting for efficient project management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, focusing on customer service and client satisfaction
- Willingness to work occasional weekends or on-call hours
- Valid driver's license
