This position involves various responsibilities, including assisting customers, maintaining the service area's cleanliness, and providing support to service advisors and technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance:
- Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously.
- Escort customers to the service waiting area and provide information about service procedures.
- Vehicle Movement:
- Safely move vehicles within the service area and to designated parking spots.
- Coordinate vehicle retrieval and delivery with service advisors and technicians.
- Lot Management:
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the service department's parking lot.
- Monitor and manage available parking spaces for customer and team vehicles.
- Support Service Advisors:
- Assist service advisors by checking in customer vehicles and creating repair orders.
- Maintain organized records of vehicles checked in and out of the service department.
- Vehicle Inspection:
- Conduct basic inspections of incoming and outgoing vehicles to ensure they meet cleanliness and quality standards.
- Report any issues or damage to the service advisors.
