Job Summary:
As a Sales Porter at Bomnin Automotive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient sales environment. You will support the Sales team by ensuring the dealership's inventory is well-organized, vehicles are prepared for customer viewings, and the overall appearance of the dealership meets our high standards. Your dedication to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service will contribute to the success of our sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Presentation: Ensure all vehicles in the dealership are clean, well-maintained, and prepared for customer viewings. This includes placing buyer's guides and window stickers, filling the gas tank of sold units, and moving vehicles as needed.
- Lot Organization: Maintain an organized and efficient layout of vehicles on the lot to facilitate easy access for customers and sales team members.
- Inventory Management: Assist in tracking and managing inventory, including recording vehicle information, checking for damage, and coordinating with Sales Managers to ensure accurate records.
- Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers who visit the dealership, including escorting them to vehicles and answering basic inquiries.
- Support Sales Team: Collaborate with Sales Managers to ensure vehicles are available for test drives and viewings as requested by customers.
- Maintenance: Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs for dealership vehicles, ensuring they are promptly addressed.
- Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the sales area, including the showroom, vehicle display areas, and customer lounges.
- Intercompany Vehicle Transportation: Assist with intercompany vehicle transportation as needed.
- Gas Tank Filling: Ensure the gas tanks of sold units are filled.
- Assist with Deliveries: Assist with vehicle deliveries as needed.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

- Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of walking and standing.

Reporting:
- Reports to the GSM (General Sales Manager) and Sales Managers.
