Job Summary
As the On-Site Recruiter you are responsible for processing day-to-day recruitment activities for salaried and hourly positions. This includes management of the end-to-end recruitment process via two applicant tracking systems (Success Factors and Workday). Ensure the appropriate candidates are recruited in a timely and accurate manner using technology to drive the process forward. Also responsible for creating and maintaining talent pipelines, annual on site and virtual job fairs. As a representative of the Company, must be able to manage professional relationships within a highly matrixed team.

Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Performing all recruitment activities associated with open requisitions in accordance with the established process standards and requirements, utilizing HRIS (Compass and client systems) to drive the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Process and approve of job requisitions, posting open jobs, managing applicant pools, viewing of resumes and moving them forward by short-listing in accordance with SOPs to recommend qualified candidates to managers for interviews, and reviewing pre-screening results.
- Ensure internal postings are managed in compliance with CBA.
- Responsible for the data integrity of recruiting system associated with the assigned activities, reporting and analysis.
- Ensuring compliance with state/federal laws and company policies and practices for Compass and client systems compliance, records retention and reporting metrics.
- Responding to managers’ calls and e-mails, providing advice and counsel on Compass ad client recruiting systems and process requirements, policies and procedures.
- Building of sustainable relationships - effectively interact and collaborate with customers, team-members and technical teams, provide training for managers, and training and back-up coverage for team-members as required.
- Troubleshooting of issues - identify and resolve the root cause issues independently and in partnership with technical teams and escalate as required.
- Suggestions on process improvement opportunities of the recruitment and selections processes, best- practice sharing, and procedure creation/update for any process changes within area of responsibility.
- Completion of various assignments and projects as warranted by workloads and business priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other relevant degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience involving talent acquisition.
- 1-3 years of experience in working as a recruiter, HR generalist or functional professional with relevant technical experience.
- Must have a proven track record of recruiting, multi-tasking and driving for results in a high volume and fast paced environment.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively.
- Computer skills including intermediate level proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excel experience is a plus
- Applicant tracking system experience is a must.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Strong desire for continual learning and process improvements with passion about technology.
- You are curious and a problem solver who uses technology to enhance the process while working in a collaborative team environment.
