Job Summary
As the Resident District Manager, you will oversee multiple dining units, ensuring operational excellence and financial performance. You will act as the primary liaison with clients and lead a diverse team in providing exceptional service to clients, students, and the community. Your leadership is crucial in maintaining strong client relationships and steering the strategic direction to achieve operational and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team to excel in customer service and community engagement.
- Cultivate and strengthen client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Engage in district leadership, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and timely completion of audits and reports.
- Manage financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Promote employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Meets USDA Professional Standards for designated accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of management experience in foodservice or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills with a history of successful team and client management.
- Strong business acumen with expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
