Job Summary
As a Retail Manager, you will support the General Manager or Director in driving the overall success of the operation. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with client standards, health regulations, and company policies, while leading and developing the frontline team to deliver excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily retail operations and service delivery.
- Oversee special events, cash handling, payroll, and frontline hiring.
- Train and lead staff to meet scheduled service goals.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- 2 years of retail operations management experience.
- Background in food service, hospitality, education, military, or healthcare settings.
- Retail marketing experience preferred.
- Strong cash operations management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Associate’s degree preferred.
