Job Summary

As the Caf Manager Culinary Lead at Bon Apptit Management Company, you will ensure adherence to SOPs for ingredient, allergen, and nutrition transparency. This leadership role involves supervising the culinary process, developing menus according to Bon Apptit standards, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and Registered Dietitian to maintain food quality and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain SOPs for ingredient and allergen transparency, ensuring all culinary processes meet Bon Apptit's food standards and health regulations.
• Create and implement menus and recipes that adhere to wellness and allergen awareness; manage culinary tests and train staff on food safety protocols.
• Supervise the culinary team, fostering adherence to quality food production, safety, and exemplary service.
• Utilize Caf Manager software to ensure accurate recipe and menu entries for allergen and nutrition labeling.
