As the Director of Dining Services, you will oversee the daily operations of our dining facility. This role involves managing a team of associates, maintaining superior food quality, and handling client relations. Your responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments.
- Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create innovative menus and ensure top-quality food.
- Manage all profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities and budgeting for the account.
- Implement new culinary programs as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS in Hospitality or Culinary Arts preferred.
- Minimum of three years' experience in foodservice operations, with a focus on high volume production and catering.
- Proven experience managing budgets.
- Strong desire to develop professionally within a leading foodservice company.
