- We are hiring immediately for a CATERING MANAGER position.
- Location : Pacific University, 2043 College Way, Forest Grove, OR 97116. Note : online applications accepted only .
- Schedule : Full Time; the typical schedule is 7 : 00am-5 : 00pm Monday through Friday, but hours may vary based on the catering calendar for each week. Nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Details : The Catering Manager will oversee on and off-site catering for a private university and support catering events from small boxed lunches to large events. Manage 6 employees. The Catering Manager will assist in the cafe when catering is slow.
- Requirement : Catering and management experience. Must have a valid driver's license.
- Salary : $70,000

Job Summary
Summary : As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Catering Department in all duties including training new associates, overseeing event set-ups, and directing any temporary personnel in addition to their everyday assignments. You will ensure proper service to clients during events, including proper set-up, cleaning, and breakdown procedures.
