Full Time; Monday through Friday from 10 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm with flexibility.

The Catering Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the catering operations staff in all duties including training associates, event set-ups, and breakdown. Be a liaison between the kitchen leadership. We have multiple events consistently up to 50 in a day, 20-35 on average. Manage 8 core team members with many other temp workers during busy weeks.

2 years of hotel or restaurant food service management experience. Event planning and execution experience in hotels and or restaurant settings. Extensive culinary knowledge. Must have high-level customer service experience. High level of organizational skill and time management skills.

Job Summary

Summary : As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Catering Department in all duties including training new associates, overseeing event set-ups, and directing any temporary personnel in addition to their everyday assignments. You will ensure proper service to clients during events, including proper set-up, cleaning, and breakdown procedures.
