Job Summary
Join SCAD's dynamic culinary team to support kitchen operations at a multi-unit educational setting, featuring all-you-care-to-eat and mobile units. The role demands a creative approach to a diverse range of cuisines, including plant-forward and vegan options. The ideal candidate must be adaptable to evening and weekend shifts, ensuring high standards in meal preparation and kitchen management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate kitchen staff activities to ensure top-quality food service.
- Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee food ordering, inventory, and all phases of food preparation.
- Manage cost controls and oversee expenditures.
- Implement new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
