🔹 Ensure top-notch guest experiences and handle customer feedback
🔹 Manage scheduling, cash handling, tip calculations, and POS operations
🔹 Oversee cleanliness, atmosphere, and general restaurant upkeep
🔹 Collaborate with the kitchen team for smooth service
🔹 Train, onboard, and mentor staff
🔹 Help grow Bon Bon’s online presence with social media contributions
✔️ 3 years of FOH or management experience in the food & beverage industry
✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔️ Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
✔️ Experience with point-of-sale systems and scheduling software
✔️ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
✔️ Availability for a 35-45 hour workweek
