This is a remote/work from home position supporting Bon Secours Mercy Heath (BSMH) Urgent Care and other BSMH System marketing initiatives.
Hire must live in the continental United States and be able to work eastern time zone hours.
Primary Function/General Purpose of Position
The Marketing Portfolio Manager is responsible for executing the strategy for consumer engagement and brand positioning to achieve revenue growth goals within the assigned portfolio of business. Key functions within this role include client services to support business partners within the business portfolio and providing strategic campaign market execution and consumer brand engagement.
Essential Job Functions
Implements an omnichannel strategy, to enhance revenue growth and deliver on the Ministry’s value proposition, within assigned portfolios of business
Supports system level initiatives to understand key objectives and execute defined marketing strategies and understands the marketing landscape; implements strategic marketing plans
Completes return on investment analysis in collaboration with analytics teams
Holds accountability for key performance indicators that demonstrate return on investment
Champions and grows current business streams through marketing
Understands and recommends market media usage, planning, and buying to be effective for assigned geographical area for both traditional and digital media channels.
Executes consumer engagement and grass roots marketing efforts to achieve growth objectives
Adherence with an operational budget that supports marketing objectives
Manages professional marketing staff as required Acts as client services relationship manager to operational partners at the system and market level
Supports system-level initiatives as assigned

Education
Bachelor's degree in related field such as Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications (preferred)
Work Experience
Seven years’ marketing experience (required)

Skills
Experience with Workfront, Basecamp, Microsoft Teams and other project management systems
Experience and familiarity desktop publishing software and file types including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, etc.
Project management principles including planning, resource allocation, production methods and coordination of people and resources.
Experience managing brands with detailed and specific guidelines for execution in a consistent manner.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and tactics
