- Primary Function / General Purpose of the Position
The Patient Navigator guides infusion patients through the healthcare system and removes barriers by assisting with access issues, developing relationships with service providers and tracking interventions and outcomes
Associates Degree - Nursing (required)
Bachelors - BSN (preferred)
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred : Previous experience in care coordination or infusion authorization preferred
