Requirements / Job Duties :
- MD or DO, with 1 year of practicing experience in Family Medicine, Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine.
- Full-time status : 36 clinical hours and 4 administrative hours per week.
- Must be available to work 12-hour shifts, alternating weekends and provide potential cross-coverage at other clinics.
- Serve as collaborating and / or supervising physician for APC’s.
- Proven ability to manage the care of 30-50 patients during a 12-hour shift.
- Ability to work with patients of all ages.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Must be proficient in I&D, suturing / removal, foreign body removal, toenail removal, EKG, ear irrigation, epistaxis management, and wound care.
