Mercy Health in Lorain, OhioLocated 30 miles west of Cleveland has an exciting PRN opportunity for a nurse practitioner to meet the growing demand for surgical services.  Working under the direction of the anesthesiologist and surgeon, the candidate will be responsible for pre-operative evaluation including histories and physical exams, clinical evaluation and assessment of the peri-operative surgical patient for surgical clearance, integration of patient care across the continuum of health care services in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to enhance quality of care, and patient and family education for a variety of surgical services.  Surgical experience is preferred.
