Assists the Pathways Program Coordinator. Responsible for administrative and supervisory duties in addition to carrying a client caseload in grant-funded program. This includes staff training and oversight, coordinating the work of grant staff, referral generation, collaboration in the community, assistance with data collection, and working with department supervisor to generate program and funder reports.
Essential Functions
Required Minimum Education: Associates Degree
Specialty Major: Social Work, Nursing, Early Childhood, or other relevant field or relevant experience
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Years and Type of Experience: Over two years of experience in grant program or field.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Exceptional skills in area of expertise. Leadership skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively in groups and individually. Meticulous attention to detail. Good organizational skills.

- In addition to assigned caseload, is responsible for administrative and supervisory duties related to the grant program. This includes staff training and oversight as delegated by the department supervisor and coordinating the work of grant staff.
- Accurately collects program data and works with the department supervisor to analyze the data to ensure program is in line with best-practices and funder requirements and meets stated goals and objectives.
- Works with the department supervisor to generate program and funder reports in accordance with stated deadlines.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with community collaborative agencies to generate referrals and further the goals of the program.
- Responsible for all other duties as assigned.
