Job Description

Job Title : Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C)

Job Specialty : Occupational Medicine

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day - 8x5 - 8 : 00 AM

Guaranteed Hours : Experience :

License : Active Virginia

Certifications : BLS / ACLS, DOT Certification

Must-Have :

Willingness to cover multiple locations
Board Certified

Job Description :

Provide coverage to support two full-time providers who may require time off

Conduct pre-employment physicals and return-to-duty testing

Perform DOT physicals and handle workers' compensation injury care

Work within the Occupational Health practice setting

Clinic schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to close, typically around 4 : 30 PM with potential delays

Manage an average of 8-10 patients per day

Utilize the Systoc documentation system / EMR

Collaborate with a support staff team inclusive of RNs, RTs, MAs, LPN, RN Supervisor, Office Manager, and PSRs

Provide flexibility and readiness to respond to varying clinic needs

Ensure current immunizations : Influenza for the current flu season, COVID, TB / QuantFERON TB Gold, and MMR
