The Bon Secours Wellness Arena is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of part-time Ticket Seller. As a key member of our box office team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while selling tickets for various events hosted at the arena.

Scheduling - PICK THE SHIFTS (DAYS & TIMES) YOU WANT TO WORK !!!! (must work a minimum 2 shifts per month)
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly; Direct Deposit required.
Hourly Rate: $11.25 per hour FLSA status: non-exempt

Key responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests visiting the ticket office
- Use the Ticketmaster system to sell tickets and process transactions accurately
- Address customer inquiries regarding events, ticket pricing, policies, and seating availability
- Assist customers with digital ticketing issues, including ticket transfers and account access
- Perform cash handling responsibilities, including issuing refunds and balancing cash drawers
- Ensure the box office area is tidy and organized
- Work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service (including part-time and volunteer roles)
- At least 1 year of experience handling cash and processing transactions
- Comfortable using technology, including computers and mobile devices; familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service and effectively manage inquiries
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain composure under pressure

- Times/Days: varies; primarily seeking Mon-Friday from 10am - 2pm; a few evenings & weekend shifts available too
- Minimum: Must be available to work at least 2 shifts every month
