Community Outreach Athletic Trainer - Carolina Elite Soccer Academy
The Athletic Trainer will provide on-site services to athletes at Carolina Elite Soccer Academy (CESA). Job duties include covering practices and games, coordinating coverage for large events and tournaments, operating the Athletic Training room, and managing a budget/supplies. The Athletic Trainer would also direct and supervise all activities related to the student athletes including, but not limited to, managing injuries, concussions, treatment plans, physician referrals, and other assigned duties. The Athletic Trainer will be the liaison between CESA and the St. Francis Sports Medicine Team.
Must have strong communication, time management, evaluation, rehabilitation, and emergency management skills.
The Athletic Trainer would be an employee of Bon Secours St. Francis Health System working with the staff at Carolina Elite Soccer Academy.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, NATABOC (certified and in good standing), South Carolina licensed or eligible, and current CPR certification.
