Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist
Summary: We are seeking a certified surgical technologist to facilitate operative and invasive procedures by preparing and providing sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares and organizes sterile supplies and instruments for procedures.
- Provides instruments and supplies to the surgical team during procedures and maintains aseptic technique.
- Assists with pre and post-procedure cleaning of operative rooms and instruments.
- Prepares and performs surgical skin prep and clipping as indicated by procedure.
Requirements:
- Associate degree, vocational certification, or military certificate in surgical technology.
- Certification by one of the following: CST, NBSTSA, or TS-C.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- One year of perioperative, operating room, or related military surgical technology experience preferred.
