Bon Suisse, Inc., a leading distributor of dairy products and ice cream, is currently seeking to expand our Customer Service/Data Entry team at our Poway location. We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented individual to thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional service to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, processing data efficiently, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately inputting and processing customer orders
- Creating and managing warehouse and driver documentation for order fulfillment
- Communicating with customers and internal teams to resolve inquiries and ensure timely deliveries

- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Positive attitude with problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding performance goals
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data entry or customer service role
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
- Proficiency in office software and accounting systems (QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, or similar programs)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good typing skills (Minimum 35 words per minute) and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Compensation:
