Customer Service Representative/ Data Entry - Bon Suisse, Inc. - Fullerton, CA
Bon Suisse, Inc. is a full service Dairy & Ice Cream distribution company , and is looking to add a new member to our Customer Service/ Data Entry team at our Poway location.
- This is a very fast paced job that requires the ability to multitask, and still hit all deadlines. Inputting customer orders into QuickBooks, familiar with Office and accounting procedures, creating pull sheets for the warehouse, and adjusting them for the next days deliveries. They accomplish this, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and making our customers feel like they are our #1 priority - which they are!
A successful Data Entry Clerk/Customer Service Representatives demonstrate self-motivation, a positive attitude, have the ability to work well on a team and have a solid work history. They also demonstrate strong listening, written and verbal communication skills. They are receptive to coaching and feedback, have the desire to meet/exceed goals and solve problems while working in a fast paced environment
- Minimum Skills and Qualifications 2 years experience with Data Entry, Customer Service environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Prior experience in QuickBooks. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with interdepartmental team members and external entities. Must be able to type 40 words per minute and know 10 key by touch
- COMPENSATION: $40,560.00 annually (depending on experience)
