Description
Building the company brand of Anterior & Complex Case Specialist is always the primary consideration. Primarily responsible for maintaining exceptional customer service for all BonaDent customers utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of BonaDent products, processes, and programs. Maintain and develop relationships with dentists and their staff in order to retain and grow sales.
Essential Functions:
- Provide friendly, effective and efficient communication with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure timely resolution and proper documentation of customer issues
- Develop relationships and be proactive with accounts
- Develop understanding of BonaDent products and turnaround times
- Keep sales and technical teams abreast of issues, concerns, and successes with important accounts
- Provide timely feedback to manager in regards to issues involving customer satisfaction
- Partner with technical staff and sales and marketing staff to exceed customer expectations
- Follows BonaDent’s policies and procedures
Requirements
- High level of knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills, with close attention to detail
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and effectively
- Ability to cope effectively with deadlines
- Must be able to maintain Confidentiality
- Must demonstrate the ability to meet basic job requirements and carry out essential job functions
- Must be able to communicate effectively and have the ability to work well with others
- Must have the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Must possess basic computer skills and excellent telephone etiquette
- Must be able to take and apply constructive feedback
