Key Responsibilites

Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:

  • Manage large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels, with a primary focus on Paid Search (Google & Bing Ads). This includes strategy, analysis, campaign setup, copy creation, optimization, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Own the Paid Search Channel (Google & Bing Ads), including Search, Performance Max/Shopping, YouTube, and other supported campaign types.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all creative, copy, and landing pages are fully utilized and comply with legal protocols.
  • Oversee campaign budgets, analyze data, and provide data-driven recommendations to ensure CAC and New Customer performance targets are met.
  • Offer insights on future performance trends and contribute to media budgeting on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Partner with the product team to develop and test new landing pages and experiment with the post-click experience.
  • Align Paid Search media strategies with other DTC media channels, e-commerce marketplace strategies (eg. Amazon, Walmart), and Retail to support overall business goals.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention across all digital channels.
  • Provide POVs on industry trends, best practices, and new opportunities in paid search and growth marketing.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of creative strategies, offering content concepts and inspiration to improve ad quality.
  • Stay current with paid media platforms, trends, and competitor activity, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Lead the strategy, launch, and management of new paid media platforms (e.g Reddit Ads).

  • Experience in Paid Search for DTC companies is essential. CRO and attribution knowledge are strong advantages.
  • Interested in gaining experience across other paid media channels beyond Paid Search.

Required Qualifications

In order to take on these challenges, you’ll need to have:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a Paid Search marketing role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • Previous experience running D2C conversion campaigns.
  • Experience with advertising on Google Ads & Bing Ads platforms is a must.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with campaign measurement and reporting.
  • Expertise in utilizing software and platforms such as MTA (Multi Touch Attribution) and MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) measurement platforms. Experience with RockerBox or similar platforms is highly desirable.
  • Experience navigating regulated industries or controversial spaces and an understanding of the challenges of getting content approved is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with UI / UX teams, & creative teams is preferred.
  • Ability to spot and troubleshoot pixel issues preferred.
  • NY candidates able to work a hybrid schedule commuting to Harrison, NY Preferred. Remote candidates must have the ability to work EST operating hours.

This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive.
