The Senior Manager, Clinical Research will play a critical role in supporting Bonafide’s Research and Development (R&D) efforts, contributing to the development and management of both marketed and pipeline products. In this role, you’ll collaborate across multiple departments, ensuring alignment on strategic goals, clinical study designs, and product formulations. The Senior Manager, Clinical Research is responsible for evaluating research studies, overseeing key projects, and ensure timely execution of R&D programs that are essential to Bonafide’s growth. The Senior Manager, Clinical Research reports to Senior Director of Clinical Research.

This position primarily works in a remote or office environment. It requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and frequent walking. Daily use of a computer, phone, office equipment and other computing and digital devices is required. May be required to stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Some local travel may be necessary, so the ability to travel by plane, operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s license and/or effectively navigate public transportation is required.
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee must be
able to read and respond to interoffice communications as well as effectively participate in meetings. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to lift up to 20 lbs., pull, push, carry, handle or feel.
The employee is required to carry, handle items, reach with arms and hands, to
stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear. Mental demands may require prolonged concentration, reading comprehension, understanding and interpretation of concepts, ideas and philosophies.

ANNUAL PAY
$125,100 - $187,600, plus annual bonus target.
This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role. KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Clinical Research: Assist in designing and managing clinical studies, ensuring alignment with regulatory and scientific standards.
- R&D Project Management: Oversee timelines, deliverables, and coordination of multiple R&D programs to ensure timely execution.
- Product Development: Conduct research to support the development of new product formulations and evaluate data underpinning product acquisition opportunities.
- Claims and Marketing Support: Review research and market data to craft compelling, responsible claims for healthcare professionals and consumer marketing.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Lead the development and implementation of SOPs to enhance operational efficiency within R&D.
- Supply Chain Logistics: Manage the delivery and logistics of clinical trial materials in collaboration with operations teams.
- Strategic Pipeline Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the strategic direction of Bonafide’s product pipeline.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with executives and colleagues across marketing, clinical, regulatory, and operations to drive strategic initiatives.
- Conference Participation: Represent Bonafide at medical and industry conferences; occasional travel required.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, ensuring the successful execution of projects.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills to align teams across disciplines.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

In order to take on these challenges, you’ll need to have:
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in science, nutrition, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- 5 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or people management role.
- Demonstrated success in project management and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Passion for research in nutrition and women’s health.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable in both small and large group settings.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems, anticipate challenges, and proactively implement solutions.
- Data analysis and interpretation expertise.
- Reliable, self-driven, and capable of thriving in a hybrid work environment.
