What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fine Dining Bartender position at Bonanza Casino?
We are looking for a highly skilled bartender to join our Cactus Creek Steakhouse team.
The successful candidate for this position must have relevant bartending experience in a fine dining establishment. Prior experience in mixing a wide variety of standard and specialty drinks and applying appropriate garnishes for excellent presentation. Must be personable and outgoing with the ability to foster a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greets guests in a timely, courteous, and friendly manner.
- Take drink orders, use prescribed recipes, and follows established portion controls.
- Maintains bar in appropriate set-up and cleanliness.
- Accepts payment/makes change as needed.
- Coordinate with kitchen to synchronize food orders for patrons seated at the bar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise/knowledge of wine, beer, and alcohol brands and their characteristics.
- Ability to learn and adapt to our cocktail recipes as well as proposing new drink recipes.
