What are the responsibilities and job description for the Slot Technician position at Bonanza Casino?
We are seeking a Slot Technician to maintain and repair all casino gaming devices, including maintaining service records on all devices. Previous experience preferred but will train the right person that possesses related knowledge or experience.
- On-going installation/relocation/removal of gaming devises throughout the property.
- Perform preventative and routine maintenance on all gaming devices and ticket kiosks, including diagnosis testing, troubleshooting, and repairs while ensuring minimal out of service time.
- Assists in providing excellent service to guests by addressing issues or answering questions. May fill in as a Slot floor or Key person as necessary.
- Prior slot department work experience, as a slot tech/mechanic.
- Excellent communication skills.
