Job Responsibilities
-
Cooking and preparing food items on menu (e.g. fryers, flat tops, pans)
-
Follow sanitation and food safety standards
-
Clean work space, resetting the kitchen every 2-4 hours
-
Follow Opening and Closing Procedures including cleaning and trash removal

Meet order efficiency expectations
-
Perform periodic line checks throughout the day

Contribute to inventory control management

Additional cleaning projections when applicable
Skills & Requirements:

18 years of age or older
-
Reliable Transportation
-
Ability to lift 50lbs or more

Weekend availability strongly preferred

Open availability strongly preferred
