Duties
- Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients as directed by the kitchen lead.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all meals are prepared in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Use kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and cooking appliances.
- Support the team by helping with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to food preparation and safety protocols.
Qualifications
