Regional Sales Manager - Machine Manufacturing Company

Bond Consultants is a dynamic firm which provides professional employment services to many people with different backgrounds and skills. One of our clients - a machine manufacturing company- is currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager. This position pays $60K-75K base ( commissions). This position is full-time, direct hire, on-site and exempt.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and support marketing initiatives
• Receive and process orders from direct customers and local machine tool distributors
• Establish and maintain organized sales channels, sales records, and a prospect list (including end users and local distributors)
• Participate in meetings with manufacturers regarding technical specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules
• Prepare estimates, proposals, invoices, and other sales-related documents
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
• Manage customer orders and related processes
• Arrange machine shipping and coordinate delivery logistics
• Handle machine order arrangements
• Oversee customer and supplier credit management
• Assist with annual budget planning and management
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–5 years of sales experience in machine manufacturing industries
• Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time (IL and other states)
• Experience or knowledge of machine tool builders is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
