Assisting the oversight of the Food and Beverage operations and ensuring its overall success. Supporting the management team as needed.

The Senior Food and Beverage Manager Role
Assisting the oversight of the Food and Beverage operations and ensuring its overall success. Supporting the management team as needed.
The Responsibilities:
- Ensures operations is consistent with daily set-up, service and all opening & closing procedures
- Hires, leads and manages service team
- Implement monthly team and individual training session
- Liaison with other managers in relation to wine, cocktail and service training
- Oversight of all menus served throughout the club area’s
- Adheres to NYS Health & Safety compliance in the F&B department
- Monitors FOH equipment and upkeep
- Identifies and maximizes all revenue producing/sales opportunities
- Continue to find ways to elevate (staff) product knowledge and up-selling techniques
- Ensure company defined standards are met/adhered to
- Must have 3-5 years related experience in food & beverage operations with a proven track record of leading a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be highly organized, efficient, and detail oriented.
- Must have excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must have supervisory, coaching and staff development experience.
- Must have a strong business aptitude.
- Flexible schedule based on the needs of Zero Bond, their programing, and peak times
