We're looking for a fluent spanish-speaking Treatment Coordinator to join our team-someone who can seamlessly guide patients through their orthodontic journey with confidence, care, and expertise.
As our Treatment Coordinator , you'll be the go-to expert for helping patients understand their treatment options, insurance benefits, and financial plans. Your goal is to ensure a smooth and positive experience, from the first consultation to treatment acceptance.
What You'll Do :
Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring patients feel informed and comfortable with their orthodontic treatment options.
Present treatment plans in a clear and engaging way, helping patients understand their benefits and financial options.
Answer patient questions with confidence and compassion, following up to ensure they have everything they need to move forward.
Navigate insurance plans and coordinate financial arrangements to make treatment accessible for every patient.
Educate patients on the importance of orthodontic care, reinforcing the value of their treatment.
What We're Looking For :
Experience as a Treatment Coordinator in dentistry (orthodontic experience highly preferred). Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
A detail-oriented problem solver who can guide patients through financial options and insurance benefits.
A positive, proactive, and patient-focused team player.
Fluent in Spanish
